What you type in the registration form: your name, your email address, your organisation, the tool or tools you are interested in, and any comment you add. We also keep the date, the version of the consent text you agreed to and, if you came through a QR code, a short tag that says so. We do not keep your IP address or set cookies for this form.
To tell you when PUW and EnerFlox are released, to answer you, and to learn who is interested in what, so that the tools can be shaped by it. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form.
The people who develop the tools. The site and the database run on Cloudflare, which processes the data on our behalf. We do not sell the data or pass it to anyone else.
Until you ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than [retention period to be completed] after the last message we sent you.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time, by writing to the contact above. Withdrawing does not affect what we did before. You may also complain to the data protection authority.
